Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use YachtApply.

Operator detail to complete: insert the registered legal entity name and governing-law jurisdiction before this is relied upon publicly.

2. What YachtApply does

YachtApply helps yacht crew discover job vacancies and apply to them. Where you connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox, applications are sent from your own address using send-only access you explicitly grant and can revoke at any time.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • Information you provide (profile, CV, preferences) must be accurate.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Account → Danger Zone. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

4. Job listings

We aggregate listings from job boards and public sources, including public Facebook groups, to save you time searching. We don't guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing — always verify details with the employer or recruiter before relying on them.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Your trial, plan, and credit balance are shown on your Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund amounts already billed except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to send unsolicited or misleading communications.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the service.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep YachtApply available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on third-party providers (mailbox sending, payment processing, AI matching) may be affected by outages on their side.

8. Liability

YachtApply is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed job opportunities, arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

This is a standard SaaS terms template adapted to what YachtApply actually does. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before relying on it, particularly sections 1, 8, and the governing-law jurisdiction.
